How long will it take to receive my order?
• Standard shipping with Australia Post, approx. 2 – 10 business days
• Express Post approx. 2 – 5 business days
Item lost or missing in transit?
• Contact our office to advise.
• Upper Dhali® will lodge an investigation with our shipping provider.
• No refunds or replacements will be issued until confirmation is received from our shipping provider regarding parcel status.

Standard International Shipping
• $35.00 AUD per doll (insurance + signature included)
Express International Shipping
• $55.00 AUD per doll (insurance + signature included)
USA SHIPPING (Special Rate)
Due to mandatory tariffs, international handling fees, and higher parcel weight classifications for insured items, USA shipping is:
• $65.00 AUD per doll (standard) Includes full insurance + signature on delivery
(Express USA may be available upon request at additional cost.)

How long will it take to receive my order?
• Standard international shipping approx. 7 – 14 business days
• Express Post approx. 2 – 7 business days

• Upper Dhali® ships all orders with the total order value in AUD stated on customs documents. Please do not request that we falsify customs paperwork.
• The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes. Please research this before placing an order.
Customers who reject parcel delivery due to additional charges will be held financially liable, including all shipping charges to and from your country, and all Upper Dhali® cancellation fees.
