Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed, delivery details may not be able to be amended. Orders returned to Upper Dhali® due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may incur additional shipping charges before re-dispatch.
SAFE DROP IS NOT AVAILABLE ON ANY DELIVERIES
- Ready to Post orders ship within two (2) business days from the date of purchase.
- Made to Order orders ship within two (2) business days from customer approval.
- Tracking details are provided by email via our shipping provider.
Note: Delivery timeframes apply from the date of dispatch and do not include production time for made-to-order items. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, peak periods and circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping for Domestic Orders (Australia)
All Australian orders are sent via Express Post to minimise transit time and reduce the risk of damage. All parcels include full insurance, tracking, and a signature on delivery.
Express Shipping (Includes Insurance)

- $20.00 AUD — orders up to $499
- $35.00 AUD — orders $500 to $799
- $45.00 AUD — orders $800 to $1,199
- $50.00 AUD — orders $1,200 and above

Shipping for International Orders
All international orders are sent with tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and total order value.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard International: approx. 6–27 business days after dispatch
- Express International: approx. 3–7 business days after dispatch
Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their country and for any customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes or clearance charges that may apply.
Lost or Missing Items
- Please contact us via email to advise of any issues.
- An investigation will be lodged with our shipping provider.
- Any refund, replacement or other remedy will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the outcome of the carrier investigation.
