HOW DOES THE PERSONALISATION PROCESS WORK?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a consultation email outlining the next steps. You’ll be invited to share photos, memories, preferences, and any materials you wish to include. From there, your doll is lovingly handcrafted through a thoughtful, collaborative process.
WILL I SEE A PREVIEW BEFORE MY DOLL IS FINISHED?
Because each doll is individually handcrafted as a one-of-a-kind keepsake, progress previews are not routinely provided. However, your preferences and shared details guide every stage of the creation process, and we take care to honour your story with sensitivity and respect.
IS THIS SUITABLE AS A MEMORIAL OR SYMPATHY GIFT?

We recommend displaying your doll indoors, away from direct sunlight or moisture. Gentle dusting with a soft cloth will help preserve its beauty over time.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, peak postal periods, or local carrier delays.
Upper Dhali® ships all international orders with the full order value declared in AUD on customs documentation. Please do not request falsification of customs paperwork.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, and import taxes imposed by their destination country.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will be held financially liable for all shipping costs to and from the destination country, plus any applicable cancellation fees.
