- Sending Your Own Materials: We warmly welcome you to send cherished garments, fabrics, or meaningful tokens to be incorporated into your doll to create a deeply personal piece.
- Returning Your Fabric: Any remaining fabric provided by you will be thoughtfully packaged and returned alongside your finished doll, unless you advise otherwise.
- If You Don't Have Fabric: We can source materials that capture the spirit of your vision, making every effort to match textures and colours.
- Miniature Artistry: Each doll captures the spirit and details of your inspiration in our signature style; please note that clothing is not removable and not all details can be reproduced in miniature.
The Bespoke Process
- How to Personalise: You can choose to "Personalise & Buy Now" by uploading your details during checkout, or select "Buy Now, Personalise Later" and I will email you to collect your information.
- Shipping Your Materials: If you have selected the option to provide your own fabrics during the ordering process, you will receive a follow-up email with detailed guidance and instructions on how to safely send your cherished items to my studio.
- The "Choosing Face" Experience: For a truly personal connection, I often embroider two distinct facial expressions for your doll, so you can choose the one that resonates most with your memory before final assembly.
- Final Approval: Upon completion, you will receive a final photo and/or video of your finished keepsake. Please note: Your order will not be shipped until I have received your final approval.
