When is the cut-off date for Christmas delivery?
To ensure your heirloom treasures arrive in time to be placed under the tree, we recommend ordering as early as possible. For Made-to-Order and Custom designs, cut-off dates typically fall in September, while Ready-to-Ship items follow the standard Australia Post holiday deadlines. Please refer to our shipping page or announcement bar for specific annual dates to avoid disappointment.
Can I order a custom 'First Christmas' keepsake doll?
Yes! We love creating "First Christmas" keepsakes to mark such a beautiful milestone. You can collaborate with us through our Design Your Own options to select features that reflect your little one, or choose from our curated festive releases. These dolls are designed to be photographed with your child each year and eventually passed down as a precious memory of their very first festive season.
How should I store my Christmas dolls during the off-season?
To preserve the magic for years to come, we recommend storing your Christmas dolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After the festivities, gently dust your doll with a soft brush and place them in their original Upper Dhali® packaging or one of our sturdy gift boxes. Avoid airtight plastic tubs or damp environments like garages to ensure the delicate fabrics and trims remain in pristine condition for next December.
