DEPOSIT & FEES

Enter the discount code LAYBYDEPOSIT at checkout. Upper Dhali® will reduce your order to a 25% booking deposit (plus postage if applicable). A further 75% is payable over the preceding eight weeks.

LAY-BY TERM

Lay-by is available on an eight-week term*. It must be paid in full by the finalisation date as notified to the customer within the Lay-by Agreement.

LAY-BY PAYMENTS

A payment schedule will be emailed within two business days outlining your Lay-by Agreement with Upper Dhali®.
This schedule will include the finalisation date and details on how to pay your instalments.
Australian Customers — Accepted Lay-by payments are via Bank Transfer.
International Customers — Accepted Lay-by payments are via PayPal with a minimum of $100 instalments.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your Lay-by at any time during the term.
Failure to make payments by the due date will be deemed a cancellation.
A termination fee equal to your initial deposit will apply.
Any postage fees paid will be refunded.

EXCLUSIONS

Lay-by is unavailable on seasonal items (including Christmas), clearance and discontinued products, or in conjunction with other discount codes or payment plans.

MODIFICATIONS

Upper Dhali® cannot modify lay-by contents.
