  Our Little Dhaling™ dolls are created in small, limited batches. Once a particular design sells out, it may not return. However, we often introduce new designs with a similar spirit — and you can still personalise key features like skin tone, eye colour, hair colour, and hair style.
  
  
• CAN I PREVIEW WHAT MY CUSTOM LITTLE DHALING™ WILL LOOK LIKE BEFORE IT'S MADE?
  Because each doll is made to order and personalised individually, we are not able to offer full previews. The example images show the overall design, and your selected customisations will be carefully matched during creation.

Displaying Your Doll

To showcase your doll while ensuring its longevity, we recommend using a high-quality doll stand for stability. For ultimate protection from dust and environmental factors, a glass cloche, shadow box, or a dedicated glass display cabinet offers a beautiful and secure way to enjoy your keepsake for years to come.

Caring for Your Doll

Upper Dhali® dolls are designed as fine art keepsakes for display and light handling. They are not intended as toys for everyday play or rough handling. We recommend supervision for young children. To protect the delicate fabrics and hand-painted details, we suggest handling your doll with clean, dry hands to avoid the transfer of natural skin oils.

Cleaning Your Doll

Spot-clean only with a soft, clean, damp cloth. Do not submerge your doll in water, place it in a washing machine, or use a dryer. Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, or vigorous scrubbing, as these will damage the integrity of the fibers and delicate trims.

Storing Your Doll

When not on display, store your doll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. We recommend using a breathable fabric bag or an archival-quality box rather than plastic, which can trap moisture. Store dolls standing or lying flat to maintain the natural flow of their clothing and hair.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Errors cannot be amended once your order has been processed.

All Australian orders are sent via Express Post to minimise transit time and reduce the risk of damage. All parcels include full insurance, tracking, and a signature on delivery.
